  I live in 3403 and there is a ghost in this building. She doesn't do much but she does leave her long black hair in my bathroom from time to time and has once turned on my TV. My NEST cam caught her doing it. I named her Space Ghost I'm guessing she's either not around when I call her it or she doesn't give a damn. Anyway This community is very quite. I'm probably the loudest with my motorcycle from time to time.

  Without a doubt this is the most affordable non-section 8 housing in all of Northern Virginia. However, they won't let you negotiate rate increases and my car was vandalized in the parking lot and they did not care. The maintenance people are usually very quick responders though and they are friendly.

• Review of "Minnieland Academy at Cloverdale" at Dale City

  There are so really good teachers there I can't lie about that, but there are serious problems there as well. If you do choice to take your child there I would take a picture of them before and after because they do not always report an accident report like they should. They are even will to lie and make up/ twist stories to try to save their own skin. I won't say what happened in my case because it became a very very very serious case and cps got involved, but I do know I will never trust them again.

• Review of "Discovery Learning Center" at Dale City

  Today is my daughter's last day at Discovery Learning Center, and I cannot rave enough about it. My daughter comes home every day with a smile, and tells me all of the things that she learned that day. It has given her an amazing boost towards Kindergarten (which she starts on Monday). I am personally very sad to see my daughter leave the Discovery Learning Center here at Mapledale plaza. The staff really care, are organized, engage with the children, and keep the parents up to date on everything. I know my daughter will love Kindergarten and thrive there but I really think that it's because of DLC's prep, guidance, and attentiveness. She started here for pre-school this year and stayed for Summer. Never did she stop learning, growing and being (delightfully) challenged. She was so happy at DLC that last night we spent time to write thank you cards and good bye cards too the staff and her class mates. So Thank You for providing a place that my daughter could love, grow, and feel safe doing so at. We value the friendships my daughter has built there and know that she will miss you all.
