There are so really good teachers there I can't lie about that, but there are serious problems there as well. If you do choice to take your child there I would take a picture of them before and after because they do not always report an accident report like they should. They are even will to lie and make up/ twist stories to try to save their own skin. I won't say what happened in my case because it became a very very very serious case and cps got involved, but I do know I will never trust them again.

I completely agree with Patricia Mejia in this issue, that place is the worst. I had a similar experience and am not pleased at all. Either they need to hire new staff, starting with the so-called "principal" who either has absolutely no idea what is going on in that place or she refuses to listen to the parent's complaints. That is not okay. We also removed our kid from their school and is now enrolled in a really good one nearby. Thank God we opened our eyes when we did about this place.

I completely agree with Shanna. Today was my child's first day at the school and I was completely shocked at what I saw and as an result we are actively looking for a new school. When we arrived in the AM a teacher was sleeping in the infant's area complete with a blanket wrapped around her, rollers in her hair and a hair wrap (I have a picture to prove it!) I thought she would have moved, however, she simply introduced herself from her laying position as a teacher who wouldn't be on the clock until an hour later. I just could not imagine someone could be so unprofessional and management would allow such behavior. I should have taken that as a warning, but decided as a new mom I may be prejudging the place, but as it turns out I was right. As a preemie it is important that my child have his bottles has planned. Just as the reviewer below I was very upset to find out that they had completely missed a bottle so he went 6 hours without eating! Mind you his bottles were clearly marked with his name and feeding times. But it was clear they didn't have the time and the bottles they gave him they didn't completely feed him (and that's according to their own records). As mentioned by the previous reviewer I noticed babies laying all over the floor and parents stepping over kids to pick up their kids. This is such an health hazard. The only nice thing I can say is the facilities are nice, but please don't be fooled like I was. I expected the care to be like the facilities, instead it's the total opposite!
